Donald Joseph Qualls better known by his stage nickname DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a style actor, model and producer. His fame was sparked by his appearance as a character in Road Trip. Since then his appearances have been featured in 20 feature films such as The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Apart from his appearances with Road Trip Qualls has played in over 22 television series such as Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order & other. Qualls is diagnosed at 14 years old with Hodgkin lymphoma, has proven to be a strong fighter. After two years of treatment the cancer was cured. However, the treatment at such an early stage had an enormous impact on his body and hindered his growth. When he started acting financially secure, it was his ultimate goal. He was a victim of the poverty of his youth. I've been so thrifty over the years that I need to have that financial security or my life feels a bit beyond my control, he said in an interview. The man also thinks back on his youth and plans to address the problem of bullying. In my opinion, cruelty is a heartbreaking thing he says. DJ's ideal position is to become a father both in reel as well as on the real world. He admits that Directors do not assign me to those roles. He'd like to be father one day which would allow him to dedicate more time with the children and be less focused on his job.
